Dot Graphics RFO (Real-time Fulfillment Order) system is a fully customizable software solution built from the ground up, fully customized to interface with either existing ordering systems or through a customized web portal specifically for your companies needs.

Through the RFO system users can not only place orders, but carry out several fulfillment processes including:

In conjunction with our 350,000+ sq. ft. state-of-the-art warehouse, Dot Graphics can manage the receipt, storage, shipping efficiently through:

• RF barcode scanning tracks product inventory real time
• Customer service call center
• Return and exchange facility
• Notification of receipt to compliance standards

Automation and Technology

A strategic goal of Dot Graphics is to provide the most sophisticated and flexible front and backend platform when it comes to managing inventory/product configuration and business intelligence. We believe in putting the maximum amount of control into the hands of our clients, who are often non-technical. Of course the Dot team is eager to help launch the initial ordering interface and help our clients become acquainted.

Dot Graphics also utilizes a paper-free fulfillment management system that fully utilizes a RF barcode tracking system tied to our RFO system that documents and inspects every warehousing step until the order is completed. Effectively, the only printed information would be the shipping information for the carrier.

In addition to our own Southern California based logistics operation, Dot Graphics has an ongoing relationship with a wide array of freight and logistical carriers to maximize customer savings, time, and convenience. All tracking information is easily accessible through our RFO system.
